In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

To complete complex tasks using specialty knowledge and independent judgment. To identify optimization needs, lead and train the team, act as backup, disseminate updates, and ensure customer needs are met. To collaborate closely with internal and external teams, provide recommendations and support, escalate issues, and identify process improvements. To manage software development projects, ensure on-time delivery, and network with other leads. To analyze and report on performance metrics, SLAs, and staffing projections. To evaluate performance, provide coaching and training, adhere to people-related policies, and support employee development. To share essential information, communicate policies and decisions, use visuals and tools for effective communication, and provide updates to management on team performance and morale.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related courses. At least 8 years of relevant work experience in the database development field with leadership and/or mentoring experience. Experience working on custom and out-of-the-box and/or Cloud software solutions. Understanding of Master Data Management concepts. Experience in database and system design. Experience in writing complex SQL and PL/SQL programs. Business analysis skills specifically applied to data and requirements.
