•    Estimated hourly base pay:  $33.00 (minimum) - $41.25 (midpoint) - $49.50 (maximum) Plus shift differential and overtime

We’re looking to add a Team Lead to our Armature Cell department at our Loves Park Campus on 2nd shift (Monday – Friday, 3:24pm – 1:54am). What You Will Be Doing 
•    Ensure daily metrics for Safety, Quality and Delivery are on track and being met
•    Train and coach members on safety policies, ensuring adherence and compliance
•    Respond to Andons and escalate accordingly 
•    Support and participate in daily problem solving, continuous improvement activities and member training, coaching and mentoring
•    Assist in keeping department metrics or Key Performance Indicators up to date
•    Participating in and/or leading team meetings to discuss department metrics, production schedules and customer deliverables.
•    Prioritize and communicate member responsibilities and keep the team focused on quality and functional requirements to ensure proper workflow.
•    Supporting members in quality and non-conformances, moving through the process, etc. 
•    Training, mentoring and coaching new hires to ensure processes and policies are being followed.
•    Moderate physical activity requiring agility and dexterity, including walking, standing, or bending; and lifting or moving objects. 
•    Work is performed in an area with moderate risk or discomfort that may require special safety precautions, such as wearing protective clothing or gear. 
•    May be required to pass Near Vision and/or Color Vision examinations.

What We Are Looking For  
•    High school diploma or equivalent is required
•    A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Operations Technician in a manufacturing environment is required
•    Experience a leadership role (team lead, supervisor, mentor, project lead, etc.) is strongly preferred
