Must be a Licensed and Registered Clinical Dietitian to be considered for this role.

Our IU Health Home Care Enteral department is seeking a Registered Dietitian who is driven by purposeful work, compassion, and excellence.  For this Team Lead role, your focus will be to oversee the order change process with the home health enteral nutrition department, assist with incoming order changes, to ensure efficient processing and to provide leadership as well as guidance for the customer service team members involved with order changes.  It is essential to be open minded and flexible with a commitment to continuous improvement as this is a new role for the department.  Other duties will involve working to address insurance denials in connection with order changes, and product management as it relates to recalls, backorders, product changes, and overseeing special order requests.  This is a collaborative role which will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

This position will be working with team members who are both fully remote and hybrid**

 Bachelors degree or higher in dietetics or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Dietitian.
• Effective July 1, 2019 all newly Registered Dietitians or dietitians newly practicing in Indiana must have an active Indiana license.  All current Registered Dietitians must maintain Indiana certification until next renewal period.  Effective January 1, 2021 all dietitians must have an active Indiana license.
• Ability to develop medical care plans.
