Your mission Lead your team to exceed the expectations and requirements of the customers
and to increase customer loyalty and retention. This can include management or provision of technical and/or non-technical customer services.
What you’ll do
- Supervise the Customer Service representatives (2ft in Antwerp, BE and 3ft in Moerdijk, NL).
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, gaining their trust and respect.
- Act as liaison between customers, production and distribution departments. Manage all internal touchpoints during the lifecycle of the rental. Maintain and support customer and supplier relationship(s). Collaborate with Sales and Operations colleagues to ensure a successful customer experience.
- Act yourself too as point of contact for Aggreko’s customers. Take ownership for all relevant customer queries with regards to equipment, service or contract queries.
- Translates customer requirements across multiple systems, ensuring the operational teams are well versed in customer requirements. Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of contacts and customer/job data.
- Manage customer credit limits and payment expectations.
Your skills
- You are a people manager and lead a team handling inbound and outbound calls.
- You have exceptional customer service skills: you can gain information, you think out-side the box, you solve problems and offer suitable service solutions.
- You worked within the rentals industry, otherwise you have experience in handling multiple projects, planned and ad hoc, simultaneously.
- You work collaboratively across wider teams, internally and externally.
- You are disciplined in using a CRM system, ideally Salesforce.
- You are fluent in Dutch and have business proficiency in English.
- You are open to work one day per week from Aggreko’s Belgian entity at Hoboken.
