Team Lead Customer Support Administration

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

To perform assigned functional tasks such as customer handling, commercial screening of orders, records management, and escalations handling To demonstrate your leadership and functional expertise. To provide customer satisfaction. To monitor internal operations management. To manage and develop assigned team members and ensure the service level agreement is met. To promptly communicate relevant information to your team and the management team.

Who You Are:

You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You are a proactive self-starter with a strong sense of urgency in meeting tasks and deadlines. You are interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course. At least 1 year of experience leading a small, informal team or work group as ad hoc, temporary, stretched, or developmental assignment. General understanding of the quote-to-cash process. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with measurement and process automation products/technologies/services.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Experience working with business platforms (i.e., Oracle and CRM) is a plus.
