We are seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our Document Review - Cyber Incident Response business as a fully remote Team Lead for the Data Analysis and Notifications team. In this pivotal role, you will guide a team of Data Analysts, oversee projects, and ensure the delivery of custom data products for our clients. If you possess a strong background in data analysis, Cyber Incident Response, and are adept at utilizing Microsoft Excel's advanced features, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Data Analysts by providing supervision, oversight, and expertiseCollaborate with Review Managers to establish project timelines and communicate data analysis findingsAssist Data Analysts with Deduplication Quality Control (QC) and the preparation of Notification ListsDevelop innovative solutions to complex data analysis challenges and unique client requestsEscalate significant issues to the Data Analysis and Notifications ManagerCoordinate project resource requirements with Review Managers and other Team LeadsParticipate in ongoing career development, learn new skills, and other special projects as directed by the Data Analysis and Notifications manager

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel, including proficiency in pivot tables, macros, text functions, lookups, and complex formulas. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel's advanced features is a mustStrong data analysis and manipulation skills are essentialIdeal candidates will possess experience in Cyber Incident Response, Data Breach, and/or document reviewExperience with eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity and Canopy is an additional advantageExceptional analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detailAbility to excel in both independent and team-oriented environments within a fast-paced production settingExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including fluent (or near-fluent) proficiency in EnglishProven ability to deliver results within tight timelines while maintaining high standards of qualityKnowledge of coding/querying languages like SQL, VBA, Python is beneficial but not mandatoryLeadership skills are required, including experience providing training, positive feedback, and oversightSeeking candidates that reside & work in Poland, the EU, or the UK
