Job MissionThe Team Leader (TL) is the first-line management layer position. The TL supervises and manages a team, providing direction and guidance to engage the team. Ensures coordination and execution of operational and tactical activities by the own team(s) in accordance with the team’s plan and policies in order to achieve team goals.
The TL has people management responsibility and also supports line managers in building the strategy for the team.
In our group the TL works together with the Product Owner (PO) managing the team and scope.
The electronic/electrical activities cover the complete scope of electronics development, from architecture definition up to and including design, realization, qualification, and integration, for both existing and new ASML products. Typical team sizes are between 5 and 15 FTE.
