Then come and join our global team as Team lead (f/m/d) SOMATOM Product Marketing for Computed Tomography (CT) to shape the future of CT together with us.

This role requires residency close to Forchheim/Erlangen or frequent travel to the office (min. 60%).


Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will lead a multinational team of Product Marketing Managers to establish the SOMATOM products within the market and manage the price and value positionYou will coordinate the plan, development, and execution of the product marketing strategy of CT products including communication, product differentiation and positioning, as well as product branding to ensure business successYou are responsible to align the product’s commercial go-to-market plan, knowing the performance KPIs of the products and aligning the marketing mix, commercial and communications plan accordinglyLinked to your product line, you are also expected to align, lead and launch cross business line products with clinical and commercial impact (e.g. Syngo, AIRC, etc.)You build a multi-year evidence generation roadmap for the products to increase adoption speed and market share gain that is aligned with the strongest KOL’s in the segment, budgets and external awareness activities (roadshows, marketing collaterals, symposia, etc.)Together with product definition teams, you and your product marketing team identify new product ideas and product roadmapsFurthermore, you are responsible for competitive intelligence and preparing competitive arguments for sales together with your team. This also includes monitoring CT market developments and trendsYou will continuously educate your team on the latest value-based marketing techniques and foster clinical understanding

Your qualifications and experience:

You have a university degree in marketing, mangagement, business administraion or a related fieldYou have extensive experience in marketing or product management of medical technology products and at least 3 years in a leadership roleYou have a very good understanding of marketing methods and tools and in executing online and offline marketing initiativesYou are experienced in speaking with customers on both a technical and clinical level and can translate their needs back into technical product solutionsYou have experience in managing multiple projects with varying priority at one time to deliver results on time and at budget


Your attributes and skills:

You communicate fluently in German and English and have very good presentation skills and a self-confident appearanceYou have exceptional interpersonal, communication and influencing skills and are able to communicate with all levels in the organization comfortablyYou are willing to undertake business trips (approx. 30%) both nationally and internationallyIn addition, you have leadership qualities and sound experience in motivating and developing teamsYour profile is rounded off by team spirit, a high level of self-motivation as well as independent and goal-oriented work
