Team Lead for Recruitment Canada

**The Position**

**Tasks and Responsibilities:**
You are in the driver’s seat and will manage the end-to-end recruiting activities from the kick-off of a requisition until candidate pre-boarding. In close collaboration with Hiring Manager and HR in country, you as Team Lead will support the hiring needs within the Canada region.
+ You are accountable for the execution of hiring and pre-boarding processes, while continuously striving for improvements. These will focus on:
+ Partnering with the hiring manager to make sure we are hiring the right talent at the right time to our organization
+ Ensuring all recruiting processes will meet compliance requirements of Canada labor laws
+ Conducting in-depth behavioral and motivation interviews with candidates through phone screening as the initial assessment
+ Management of interview scheduling and administration of behavioral and technical assessments when necessary
+ Conducting competency-based interviews and debrief sessions with the Hiring Manager in identifying the successful candidate
+ Administration of reference checks where you will speak with former managers on the candidates’ performance background
+ Creation of salary analysis and extension of offer to the identified candidate, which includes managing negotiation discussions when necessary
+ Pre-boarding the candidate through our internal onboarding platform
+ You will partner with the Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners on resource planning, recruiting strategies, and other talent related processes to ensure the current and forecasted hiring activities are managed.
+ You are responsible in ensuring that the recruiting KPIs are consistently met.
+ You have the opportunity to collaborate with Global Process Owners on process alignments and improvements which will be communicated and implemented.
+ Projects focusing on continuous improvement initiatives will be part of your role.
**About our Future Employee**
You must have at least 5 years of end-to-end experience in Recruitment in a Shared Services environment and should have expert knowledge in this field. If you have been an HR Business Partner before, this is advantageous.
Additionally, we are looking for a candidate with:
+ Academic Degree preferably in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent.
+ Ability to work across business units/geographies; with cultural sensitivity and strong external network providing access to best HR and talent practices and innovation.
+ Amenability to work in night shift.
