Job Summary:

Responsible for making sure our facilities are clean and meet brand standards, Housekeepers are detail-oriented masters of Hospitality.

Expected Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.99 / hour Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round Skill Level: Advanced
Job Responsibilities:
Organize and assign room assignments for daily cleaning service to guest rooms as well as common areas and commercial spaces. Inspect rooms, verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms and enter into property management system. Submit work orders, as needed Ensure excellent internal and external guest experience Emphasize safety culture among staff and keep them informed of safety policies and procedures. Assist in training housekeepers and houseman Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner Enforces policies and procedures Direct and be in charge of department when housekeeping managers are not present. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
1-3 years of previous housekeeping experience preferred guest service or hospitality a plus
Must be able to communicate in English, bilingual a plus
Ability to work a flexible schedule including split shifts, nights, holidays, and weekends
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand for extended periods, up to 4 hours while consistently bending and lifting
Detail-oriented, self-motivating, and strong communicator, both written & verbal
Experience related to vacuum/equipment repair, plumbing, carpet cleaning, etc. a plus
Must be flexible, adaptable, versatile, and responsive to the needs of the housekeeping responsibilities
The expected pay range is $23.00 - $25.99. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
