Team Lead Mail Services Associate

Responsibilities:\n

Customer Service expert, comfortable reaching out to all levels of client staff. partnering attitude with the ability to build strong professional relationships, friendly and approachable. Multitasking and pivoting without notice.\n

Team Lead Tasks:
\u2022 Oversee the day-to-day mail and copy operations
\u2022 Associates follow their set schedules, and their time is correct
\u2022 Approve time off
\u2022 Ensure the associates follow the set processes
\u2022 Communicate concerns to TMG leadership
\u2022 Ability to coach and train and have difficult associate conversations\n

Data entry:
\u2022 Collect and enter daily volumes on Excel spreadsheets
\u2022 Review daily logs for any missed or incorrect data
\u2022 Ensure all necessary information is accounted for
\u2022 Use tracking system for both inbound & outbound packages (Brynka)
\u2022 Complete daily audit logs (Start \/ End of Shifts)
\u2022 Upload daily reporting to the shared files\n

Mail\/Copy Dispositioning:
\u2022 Use the provided verbiage to communicate with client associates for mail and copy disposition.
\u2022 Electronically & physically deliver daily mail \/ packages\n

Outbound Mail:
\u2022 Using Stamps.com, print stamps and apply to outbound USPS mail
\u2022 Create FedEx labels when needed
\u2022 Print and upload package outbound report
\u2022 Partner with FedEx for afternoon pickups\n

Office Supplies, Equipment Maintenance, & Additional Services:
\u2022 Communicate monthly supply needs within the expected time
\u2022 Ensure all copy equipment is operational and place service calls when needed
\u2022 Oversee all copy nooks to ensure they are stock with the client requested supplies (Copy Paper, Mailing Envelopes, and FedEx Supplies)
\u2022 Ensure all shred bins are empties bi-weekly or as needed
\u2022 Greet Shred vendor to swap out full shred totes
\u2022 Any other office support that is requested\n

Strong Skills- Outlook, Excel, Research, communication (written and verbal)\n

Qualifications:\n

High School Diploma or equivalent preferredMinimum
1-2 years of customer service and shipping\/receiving related experience preferred
Basic mathematical skills1-3 years' experience with Microsoft software
Handle multiple projects on time
Ability to work individually and in a team environment
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
Keyboarding and Windows environment and PC skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a daily basis.
