In This Role, You Will: CRM – Assist with design, implementation, and ongoing management of Salesforce, including capturing business and technical requirements from stakeholders and supporting the implementation of technical solutions from a business analyst perspective Manage CRM related projects such as quote-to-cash initiatives, SFDC redesigns, and Lead to Quote initiatives. Understand current business process flows and problem statements, and using data to capture areas for improved efficiency and automation Manage projects related to Post-merger systems integrations Develop to-be business processes and leading stakeholders through brainstorming, review, and validation sessions Design and execute corrective action programs that monitor the successes and failures of key business process redesign projects, and implement quick turn-around solutions Providing technical support to sales reps when using Salesforce.com and CPQ Monitoring the Sales Operations and slack channel to assist with Salesforce/CPQ questions Here's What You Need: 7+ years’ work experience Exceptional ability to compile, analyze and present data, findings and progress in a concise manner Effective communication (i.e., written, verbal and presentation) and project management skills to drive project execution Collaborative, team player with positive attitude and creative problem-solving mindset Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of sales systems and processes Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, and often ambiguous, results-oriented atmosphere Physical Demands We are not able to offer sponsorship for this position.
