The Opportunity:

Are you passionate about data management and people leadership? We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Lead Master Data Content Coordinator to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment in #Leuven!

In this role, you’ll lead a team of 10 Master Data Content Coordinators, with the majority based in Belgium. Serving as both a coach and an operational contributor, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and integrity of our Master Data services, providing essential support to both internal and external customers.

This hybrid role offers a balance of on-site collaboration at our Leuven office and flexibility to work from home. What We Are Looking For

Education and Experience:

Several years of experience in Data Management or transferable fields.Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP is a strong advantage.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong people management skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.Exceptional attention to detail and adaptability to shifting priorities.Excellent organizational and communication skills to supervise operations and liaise with leadership.

Lead and Coach the Team: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Data Management team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure individual and team success.Manage Operations: Take ownership of data quality, integrity, and security across all projects while maintaining compliance with business processes.Drive Process Improvements: Assist in developing and enhancing workflows, documentation, and procedures for Data Management services.Support Leadership: Provide regular updates to leadership on team progress, activities, and deliverables to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Collaborate and Deliver: Balance your responsibilities as a team leader with hands-on operational tasks to ensure exceptional Master Data services.
