This role if for the fixed term contract up to 18 months with potential prolongation.

Your role:
As a Team Leader of Sustain & Enhance for Life Science (LS) Procurement ERP, you will be responsible for managing procurement teams in strategic ERP Sustain and Enhance projects. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our procurement processes. You will belong to the Procurement organization, collaborating closely with key stakeholders including S2P, I2P teams, Master Data, Governance, Global Operations, Concur IT, Strategic Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance. You will need to build strong relationships across departments, so effective communication and collaboration skills will be crucial part of your role. You will be involved in multiple projects enabling successful procurement process automation. The role includes overseeing and manage a project portfolio and team in the area of procurement. Being responsible for projects in LS ERP legacy systems to govern, design and implement procurement processes in LS ERP existing systems. Managing a team of direct reports and coordinate with matrix teams to achieve project goals. Providing support during cutover activities to ensure a smooth transition to the new systems.

 

Who you are:

Good project management expertise to lead multiple projects simultaneously with limited supervision, as well as resource planning skillsUnderstanding of SAP MM module and cross functional areas.Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead people as direct manager as well as matrix manage cross-functional teams, Experience in fostering an inclusive and progressive culture within a digital transformation context.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to positively influence stakeholders.Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment of procurement strategies with business objectives.Strong leadership skills paired with a high collaborative and result-driven mentality.Available to travel up to 10-15%.
