Meetic Group seeks a Team Lead Online acquisition to grow its user acquisition  programs globally.

At the core, you are highly analytical and always use data to make decisions !Responsibilities :Manage high-level global Growth acquisition roadmap and think big ideasManage a team of 4 direct reportsLead team meetings and brainstorms, and be on top of channel trends, acting as a subject matter specialistWork with your team to develop Company’s user acquisition strategy in terms of scale, revenue growth and optimizationBuild out infrastructure (reporting, bid management, predictive conversion algorithms, A/B/C testing cadence, etc.) to drive best in class user acquisitionBe an advocate for UA and be able to speak to our strategyWork with the Head of Display & Search, finance and product partners to define budgets and targets for paid search globallyReport performance daily / weekly / monthly to the Head of Display & SearchShare best practices in terms of bidding strategy, campaign structure etc to other channel managersHas the potential to grow out Online AcquisitionQualifications : Education & Qualifications: University Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Advertising Engineering or something similarEnglish and French is requiredMinimum 5 year’s work experience from working with direct consumer acquisition in related digital B2C business is needed,  ideally in an online marketing agencyExcellent numerical skills, ability to clean, analyse and present data to drive actionable insightsAbility to work in a self-directed mannerExcellent excel skills for campaign set-up, cost reporting & analysis (pivot tables & data representation – trend charts / tables…)Good knowledge of campaign tools – creative tools, landing page A/B testing, tracking software, bid-managers etc.Strong communications skills - for both internal and external stake holdersExperience and knowledge of digital B2C businessExtensive experience of metrics oriented reporting (KPIs + different conversion metric)Perfect knowledge of Tiktok ads manager, Google Ads, Meta business manager, Snapchat and AffiliationWhat we offer:Operate in an international and multicultural environmentA gorgeous working environment in the heart of Paris, spacious and modern office, rooftop, close to transport and amenitiesMany quality moments of sharing: office activities, summer party, team buildingsCompetitive package in line with the marketEnjoy work-life balanceEdenred lunch vouchersClasspass gym discountsPremium healthcare coverage with WTWUse our products free of charge
