Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day supervisory leadership to Analytics TeamManage the teams’ progress on various report requests, projects, and testing to ensure quality and deadlines are met Provide continuous coaching and training to analysts in all aspects of reporting analytics, insights, metrics & best practicesEnforce change management of batch uploads to minimize impact and improve data qualityDevelop strategies to implement and execute business process excellence and process improvement initiativesOversee root cause analysis and gather processes/programs to establish costs and benefits of process effectiveness and efficiencyCollaborate with various functional areas to achieve optimal results in process redesign and implementation of new methodologiesIdentify and maintain proper version control for all report codesAnalyze processes for efficiency and effectiveness; provides solutions for minimizing complexity and waste, based on thorough analysisActively recruits, retains and develops talent and holds employees accountable for results. Leads change, manages conflict and fosters collaborationRespond to any regulatory or compliance requests for information or audits in a timely and accurate mannerAdditional duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University or equivalent work experienceWorking experience leading a group, team, project or as a supervisor/managerExperience training, mentoring and managing a team of Business AnalystsWork experience demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with writing SQL queries for analyzing data and establishing business rules and requirementsFamiliarity with relational database structures, theories, principles and practicesFamiliarity with data models and/or data modellingWork experience interpreting data through completion of complex reports using tools such as Excel, Access, Business Object, SAS, and other reporting platformsExperience creating presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint and conducting presentations to senior leadersPreferred Qualifications:
Experience working within the Healthcare industry.2 years demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management roleData Analysis experienceExperience in gathering requirements, designing, testing and implementing using Software Development Life CycleProject management skills for planning, coordination and communicationCompliance & Regulatory Responsibilities: See Above

Hiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $81,100 - $117,470
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $71,600 - $106,505
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
