Qualification: MBA Finance or Finance GraduateExperience: 2 to 3 Years in MIS and team handling
Key ResponsibilitiesGuiding, monitoring, and leading the teamResponsible for motivating their teammates as well as inspiring positive communication within them so that they can work together toward achieving goalsOversee day-to-day operationListen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflictsSuggest and organize team building activitiesQuality checking of report by analyzing a given entity & cross checking the underlying documents within the timelines and the SLA and ensuring full accuracy of data and qualityNeed to Identify potential hazards and analyze what could happen if a hazard occurs with subject entityAdhering to the different processes and timelines as per the SLA of projectsEnsuring appropriate update of the database and relevant MIS along with process complianceVerifying the completeness of provided document from report delivery prospectiveInteract with analyst/sales associates/internally to ensure delivery of reports by ascertaining quality & timelinessCoordinate with external vendor for day-to-day workEnsuring proper MIS of the responsible business areasInteraction with other SBU members for specific workAll Dun & Bradstreet job postings can be found at and .
