What You’ll Do:

Oversee and deliver timely, accurate KPI reports for Polish & Czech Business Units. Lead a high-performing team, fostering innovation and technical excellence. Drive automation and harmonization of reporting processes across the region. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights supporting business goals. Implement cutting-edge reporting technologies and ensure data quality and compliance.

What You’ll Bring:

Minimum one year of experience in the company Strong leadership and change management skills. Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and IT tools with an agile mindset. Proficiency in English (Polish/Czech is a plus). Exceptional communication and strategic alignment skills.
