Primary Function

Responsible for the oversight and management of tasks associated with the workflow of all Processing Functions.  This role will supervise and support a Team of 5 Processors. Additionally, they will facilitate all loans through the manufacturing process.

Principal Duties

Direct oversight to a Team of processorsWorks directly with Processing Manager to improve efficiency, enhance quality and influence production. Utilizes reporting to foster this environmentTrains and mentors new Team membersManages an active loan pipeline by ensuring all key performance indicators are metEnsures all Processing conditions are satisfied in a timely fashionAdheres to established service level agreementsSupports Sales, Closing & FundingProvides feedback loop to Sales partnersActive communication with consumers, Title Companies & other internal DepartmentsManages the staff, plans responsibilities, directs activities, and utilizes staff resources effectively, including modifying staff levels (e.g. hiring/terminating) to meet department goalsMonitor employee productivity, provide constructive feedback & coaching, and conduct annual performance reviewsPerform other related duties as assigned by supervisor

Education and Experience Requirements  

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred3+ years of Processing experience 1+ years of supervisory experience  

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements  

Experience in formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and proceduresSolid understanding of the economics related to the origination, sale, and servicing of residential mortgage loansAbility to analyze and interpret financial dataAbility to work and thrive in a fast-paced environmentMust be detail oriented, task driven & work well with peopleRequires excellent verbal/written communicationRobust ability to manage multiple tasks
