Overview Assists site leadership to optimize department operations (scheduling, inventory, staff onboarding, employee engagement, and quality improvement activities). Leads team huddles or meetings, as assigned. Contributes to a positive work culture and enhances employee engagement. Performs duties of a rehabilitation professional, upholding high standards of clinical practice and hospitality, while taking on leadership roles assigned by management. Qualifications Required Education: Bachelor's Degree Necessary Skills: 1. Effective communication and teamwork skills 2. Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines 3. Strong organizational skills and accountability to progress work 4. Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 5. Demonstrated clinical ability to provide diverse treatment programs for multiple diagnoses 6. Knowledge of multidisciplinary (PT, OT, SLP) rehabilitative theory, procedures, practices and equipment. Required Licensure/Certifications: Current Florida license in one of the following: Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist. BLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Required Experience: 1-2 years Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist Preferred Experience: N/A
