Core Responsibilities: • Lead a team of AR Analysts and Senior Analysts managing portfolios of B2B customers, including Fortune 500 companies, big box retailers, professional sports teams, and leagues. • Build relationships with key Fanatics customers and internal partners, including Sales, Finance, and Customer Service. • Review staff work for accuracy and ensure expectations are clearly communicated and followed through. • Apply strategic thinking to drive improvements beyond daily collection tasks. • Provide leadership on customer communication, issue resolution, and interdepartmental coordination. • Work with customers to establish payment plans for aged balances. • Assign and prioritize workloads across the team to balance productivity. • Monitor, enhance, and report on departmental KPIs to track performance. • Analyze root causes of payment delays and work cross-functionally to resolve recurring issues. • Host working sessions to strengthen analyst knowledge of complex collection scenarios. • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of payment issues. • Assist in the creation of detailed reports (weekly/monthly) for leadership and team use. • Support testing of process improvements and onboarding of new business lines.
Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with 3+ years of AR experience. • 2+ years of people management experience, including coaching and team leadership. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive action. • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data analysis tools. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to manage B2B collections and improve processes in a high-volume environment.
