Team Lead Warehouse
**Job Summary** Supervises and coordinates warehouse activities for incoming/outgoing shipments and a smooth flow of raw materials to the production lines. Verifies and maintains records of incoming and outgoing shipments. Supervises group of workers engaged in lifting, transporting and loading materials for shipment or storage. Oversees the processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment. Schedules work for special and periodic inventories. Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow. **Position Responsibilities** Monitor, enforce all food manufacturing GMP’s and regulations + •Monitor receiving, production, purchasing records and documents for accuracy•Provide guidance to team-members regarding transaction information for inventory accuracy•Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve or provide recommendations promptly•Provide leadership to team members with regard to SOPs, SOCs, and daily responsibilities.•Input and maintain production information into business software (ERP) daily•Maintain information system files for attendance and timesheets•Provide guidance to employees and interaction with other departments, including Manufacturing, Sales, Quality, Finance and R&D•Assist Warehouse Manager in activities related to maintaining material flow to the production facility•Invoicing of Finished Goods (decrementing inventory)•Complete administrative tasks including make appointments, bill customers, enter information into SAP, process outbound paperwork, completing validations, audit training programs, creating process orders, and cross training on other job responsibilities within Lean Supply Chain•Active Pillar Member, lead AMD activities•Flexible hours to support and flow to off shift training, validations, and audits of tasks•Maintain inventories of warehouse supplies and create requisitions. •Monitor, forklift, trailer and spotter truck supplies and coordinate repairs and acquire POS,•Coordinate employee meat orders and special orders (dry and frozen). + Willing to cover other departments and / or shifts. **Position Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related discipline. Appropriate experience will be considered in lieu of education2+ years of experience with Business Software (ERP; SAP, QAD, ORACLE, etc). **Physical Requirements** While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, and feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; taste and smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The employee will be exposed to a noisy environment that varies from hot to cold in temperature. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
