Vitalis Social Care are recruiting for an experienced and qualified Team Leader to join a Supported Residents Care Team in Leicester City Council.
We are looking for outstanding individual who is looking to develop and manage several practitioners at SRCT and support staff to ensure the efficient/effective delivery of services during challenging times.
The SRCT operates city wide and is responsible for all reviews, whether planned or unplanned, of people in residential care, supported living / extra care and shared lives for older people and people with physical disabilities.
The aim of the SRCT is to build relationships with the providers of these care settings and to build an approach to reviews that moves away from a single annual visit.
About You: -
Substantial social work experience including previous experience operating as a level 3 social worker, or relevant social work management experience.Communication and presentation skills sufficient to convey a clear and convincing argument, both orally and in the form of written reports.Ability to confront challenges, balance risk & make appropriate decisions.Ability to manage, supervise, motivate and develop staff effectively.Knowledge and ability to ensure the provision of high-quality services that are appropriate and sensitive to the needs of multicultural communities.Please contact Molly Rylance on 07815461919 or email molly.rylance@vitalissocialcare.co.uk for more information.
