We're seeking an experienced Data Analytics Leader to join our team and lead our data analytics efforts. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to support key business objectives. You'll lead a team of data analysts and work cross-functionally to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making across the organization. **About the role** + Develop and execute the data analytics strategy to support the company's overall business goals + Lead a team of data analysts, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management + Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify key data and analytics needs + Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reports to deliver meaningful insights + Leverage data visualization tools, such as Power BI, to present complex data in a clear and compelling way + Stay up-to-date with the latest data analytics trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our data infrastructure, including AWS and Redshift + Ensure data quality, integrity, and security standards are maintained + Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner + Assist and crafting and tracking A/B tests to help maximize conversion in our end to end funnel **About you** + Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline + 5+ years of experience in data analytics,with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role (preferred) + Proficient in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools + Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Amplitude + Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS and Redshift + Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders + Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment + Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles + Experience working with Web Analytics and measuring success of Product releases and updates **What you’ll get** Our team members fuel our strategy, innovation and growth, so we ensure the health and well-being of not just you, but your family, too!
