We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as aTeam Leader, Case Management.

Principal Responsibilities​

Assist Senior Case Management Manager to lead a sub-team of Case Managers to deliver new business case management service to respective business channelClosely monitor the production quality and acts as an advisor to provide opinions and improvement recommendation to sub-ordinates on the daily activitiesEffectively manage and coordinate with Underwriting team on new business end-to-end process in order to achieve business targetTimely update required procedure to fulfill the compliance and/or regulatory requirements as well as conduct training as appropriateRegularly review the process workflow and make recommendation to enhance the team efficiency and productivityClosely work with internal business partners on assigned projects to achieve and implement the business initiatives effectivelyProcess new applications in accordance with underwriting, compliance and regulatory requirements and the agreed service lead time
