Job Overview:
The Team Leader ensures all staff are properly collecting required demographic, financial, referral/authorization, clinical, and other registration data is accurately collected, verified, and communicated appropriately.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required within one (1) year of hire. Candidates who do not possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent will be provided the opportunity to enroll in a GED/HSEA program at time of hire as a condition of employment. A hired candidate will be provided one (1) year from date of hire to successfully complete a GED program and obtain their HSEA. He/she assists staff in any area of the department where immediate help is neededAssures that all work that is generated is sorted and distributed and that the work area is kept organized and cleaned upFacilitates the coordination of activities with physician offices, service sites and ancillary departments.Fill in for Supervisor as necessary.Other Duties:
