RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and coordinate the activities of Electrical Application Engineering team. Provide technical guidence and support to team member. Plan/coordinate Engineer team resources to meet internal and external customers deliverable, requirement and pre-sales/after deliveries projects requirements. Observe and maintain Key Performance Indicators to drive the department towards excellence and implement new ones where needed. Perform continual improvement on design rules, check lists, processes and training. Make sure that customer specification is rightfully identified and met at engineering level. Drive harmonization on products and processes within the department. Seek for product improvement through standardization and enhanced manufacturability Coordinate with other departments on know-how transfer to achieve optimum operational process, quality and delivery. Work in close collaboration with other Engineering sites regards to technical know-how transfer of new product and technology
