As Team Leader, Information Security, you’ll lead a team of focused individuals who work to implement the vision and direction for information security practices. You’ll interact with teams from around the company and assist senior leadership with developing best business practices for information security. **About the Role** + Pull and create reports necessary to carry out the functions of the team and for senior leadership, as requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment + Communicate and embody the culture and mission of the company + Lead and mentor the team on performance, production and day-to-day tasks + Oversee the analysis of the system and other event logs to detect nefarious activity + Build documentation of existing processes and exceptions based on audit findings + Oversee the network and application security assessments + Work with senior leadership on risk management efforts **About You** Minimum Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications + 3 years in a technical IT security role + 2 years of experience in management, leadership and administration + Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Global Information Assurance Certification, GIAC Security Essentials or other security certifications + Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite + Solid understanding of IT constructs, such as servers, networking, operating systems, development, storage and cloud technologies + Solid understanding of information security constructs, such as encryption, identity and access, risk analysis, threat hunting, vulnerability management, data loss prevention, intrusion detection/prevention systems, governance, exploitations and threat landscapes **What You’ll Get** Our team members fuel our strategy, innovation and growth, so we ensure the health and well-being of not just you, but your family, too!
