**Description** The basic purpose of this role is to perform support/process duties associated with the continuous manufacture of Boehringer Ingelheim vaccines. Our competitive compensation and benefit programs reflect Boehringer Ingelheim's high regard for our employees. **Duties & Responsibilities** + Prepares daily/weekly production schedule. + Oversees and ensures training and qualification of team members. + Reviews in process documentation for accuracy and compliance in a timely manner. + Maintains technical data and support documentation. + Initiates and facilitates root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions to address problems. + Escalates production flow disturbances. + Demonstrates a visible and tangible commitment to EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) programs and initiatives. + Assesses individual and team performance regarding the continuous improvement. + Participates and provides support to site projects and initiatives. **Requirements** + High School Diploma or equivalent plus minimum two to three (2-3) years in related field.
