Responsibilities:

Collect and evaluate personnel performance and performance data and initiate corrective actions Lead and influence the continuous improvement of quality systems and processesEnsure appropriate staffing levels according to production scheduleEffective people management to ensure timely responses and resolutions of people issues including absence and capability issues whilst maintaining a healthy working team ethic.Drive safety standards in collaboration with the Health and Safety team while engagement within the team to ensure Safety is a priority and maintain 5s in the manufacturing area. Ensure relevant Gemba's are completed monthly.Report hazard IDs and near misses and ensure all relevant PPE is being wornEnsure housekeeping standards are met and maintained within the manufacturing facility on an ongoing basis.Ensure all product is of the highest quality following cGMP and SOPs.Conduct and participate in daily tier meetings with staff and leadership.Conduct process audits to ensure compliance.Perform investigations of equipment, errors, people, quality and safety.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: 2 years of validated supervisory and people management experience in a manufacturing environmentHigh-school Diploma or equivalentExperience working with quality systemsStrong attention to detailExperience with working to tight SOPsExtensive experience in manufacturing and production.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $31.73–$46.75.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
