As a Team Leader of People Analytics, you’ll be empowered with leading a team of analysts to deliver insights that ensure the people data story drives strategic decisions. Key areas where you will drive strategic insights and analysis include Talent Management, Talent Relations, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, Workforce Planning, Recruiting, Organizational Engagement, Total Rewards and more.
About the Role
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of people analytics professionals to develop as technical analysts and strategic business partners.Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of HR data. Ensure the delivery of actionable insights through comprehensive reporting, in-depth analyses, and dashboards.Collaborate with HR leaders and business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven recommendations.Manage multiple analytics projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in people analytics. Implement best practices and develop the team into well rounded people analytics professionals. Drive action among senior leadership relating to driving team member engagement, productivity, and effectiveness.About You
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, applied statistics, information technology, or a related field or equivalent experienceExcellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of key concepts in people analytics and HR strategy.Preferred Qualifications
3 years of experience working with data sets3 years of experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis3 years of experience using SQL or other querying languages to create data sets2 years of leadership, management and administration experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteKnowledge of statistical software like Minitab, SPSS, R or SASWhat You’ll Get
