As a Team Leader of People Projects, you’ll be leading a team of Project Managers that support work within the People & Places organization. You’ll support your team by creating a strong vision, clearing roadblocks and prioritizing team development. Ultimately, you are accountable for the success of projects on your team by ensuring your team has strong communication, accuracy in project plans, appropriate thread tying and maintaining a strong delivery for our stakeholders.

Host weekly team meetings for team connectivity, business updates and team operationsPrioritize weekly 1:1s for team member to leader connectivity, project support and bandwidth trackingPrepare monthly development conversations to prioritize a clear understanding of role expectations, performance, growth opportunities and goal progressIntroduce new project management methodologies, tools and resources for team continuous evolutionFoster and sustain high team morale through volunteer opportunities, team-building experiences, professional development, and everyday collaborative interactionsIdentify project meetings to attend with team for support and connectivity to team’s workReport team updates to People & Places leadership group, as neededProactively tie threads with leaders of other partnering teamsAbout You
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in project management field, including expertise with relevant tools and methodologies.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, providing clear direction while fostering a positive, high-morale environment.4-8 years of experience in project management fieldBusiness Administration degree or equivalent experience in project managementExperience with Monday.com or applicable operating system for tracking project workExperience with Excel and PowerPoint to showcase project overviews and milestones to stakeholdersIn-office Mondays & Tuesdays, WFH Wednesday-FridayPreferred Qualifications:
