As a Team Leader of Stock Plan Administration, you’ll lead team members in your respective business unit. 

About the Role

Manage day-to-day execution of stock plan administration for the company, including new grants, vesting events, and ESPP purchasesOwn relationship between the company and external partnersEnsure highest levels of accuracy and compliance in all data and processesUnderstand technologies to define requirements, train team members and identify/correct issues (technologies to include Workday and Morgan Stanley equity platform) Demonstrate proficiency in company leadership expectationsImplement process improvements (ex: automation, adoption of AI) to improve efficiency and effectiveness of time spentManage internal resources for stock plan education for team members and equity recipients to promote understanding of rewards

About You

Minimum Qualifications  

3 years of stock plan administration experience Experience managing equity and ESPP plans on behalf of public company

Preferred Qualifications  

5 years of stock plan administration experience Bachelor's degree and/or certification in a related field People leadership experienceExperience using Morgan Stanley Stock Plan Connect and Shareworks platforms
