Team Leader, Workplace Support

The Team Leader of Workplace support is focused on the people, environment and experiences that influence our partners and their team members. In this role you’ll offer  direct leadership and coaching and will set expectations for the workplace support team to ensure excellent client experiences and well-maintained spaces across multiple locations in the United States.

About You

Required:

1 year of experience in facilities, customer service, hospitality or a relevant field   

Preferred:

4 years of experience in facilities, customer service, hospitality or a relevant field   1 year of experience in leadershipExperience finding solutions for clients and meeting client expectationsUnderstanding challenges associated with physical workspace planningExperience in delivering written and verbal professional communicationProficiency in the Microsoft Office suiteAbility to work a flexible schedule including into the evening or occasional weekendsExperience with desktop computer and desk hardware installation and setupBasic experience with software troubleshootingAbility to push and maneuver heavy cartsAbility to lift and carry 50 pounds or moreValid driver’s license

Empower team members in ownership of the work environment, equipment and decision making to serve our clients, while encouraging personal accountability and innovationCoach the collaboration and communication between team members and our business partners Develop team members through proactive skill evaluation, training, resource utilization and one-on-one feedbackLead project planning sessions and execute on plansManage relationships with clients and stakeholdersEnsure compliance with environmental, safety and health proceduresDevelop and share best practices and deep understanding of the work environment, equipment and systems to help guide team members and solve challengesOversee the creation and training of detailed standard operating procedures in conjunction with product instructions and operational documentationEngage with internal clients to anticipate needs, develop solutions, evaluate performance and promote servicesWork with team members, peers and senior leaders to create and implement strategic projects Drive consistent improvement through metrics, trend analysis, corrective actions and measured successProvide recommendations on products and vendors that support our environment
