We are seeking an experienced Traffic Team Leader to guide our Traffic Team in Cranberry Township, PA. In this role, you will provide leadership both in-person and virtually, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and professional growth. You will be instrumental in ensuring successful project execution, optimizing resources, and strengthening client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Development: Coach, lead, and inspire team members to reinforce a culture of ownership, engagement, and professional growthProject & Resource Management: Drive superior project execution, cross-service collaboration, and workload prioritization while monitoring project budgets and utilizationClient Relations: Support efforts to maintain long-term client partnerships by delivering high-quality service and ensuring client satisfactionStrategic Collaboration: Work with peers, Group Managers, and Service Group team members to drive budget management, technical direction, and operational efficiency Requirements

  

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldLicensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Pennsylvania, Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) Certification Preferred8+ years of technical competency and project experience to include projects such as: 

               o Traffic Impact Studies

               o Traffic signalization

               o Corridor traffic signal optimization

               o Intersection improvement studies/ designs

               o PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permits

               o Maintenance and protection of traffic and detour plans

               o Accessible curb ramp design

Minimum 4+ years of project management experience is preferred Ability to provide timely project deliverablesDevelop and maintain excellent client satisfactionRequires travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary (Valid driver’s license required)Legal right to work in the U.S.
