Duties and responsibilities related to the Team Leader role – Cantonese Cuisine (榆阁)
Welcome guests warmly and lead the team in delivering exceptional dining experiences, ensuring a high level of service throughout the restaurant.Uphold and enforce all service standards, policies, and procedures related to food and beverage service, focusing on colleagues training and development, guest satisfaction, product quality, and financial performance.Oversee and support outlet colleagues, providing guidance to maintain outstanding service standards and ensure seamless operations during service hours.Coordinate with management to implement training programs that enhance team skills and knowledge in food and beverage service, fostering continuous improvement.Monitor guest feedback and take proactive steps to resolve any issues or concerns, aiming to consistently exceed expectations and drive positive reviews.About you
Previous experience in a Cantonese restaurant, ideally in a luxury environment. Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a significant plus, but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team while maintaining high standards of service. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing outstanding levels of service.
