Compensation:

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Team Leader, will support the Team Leaders  in accomplishing the overall team’s mission and lead natural work teams in day to day operations. Responsibilities also include leading teams in the areas of productivity, safety, and quality and team effectiveness. The responsibilities will be in addition to existing job responsibilities. The Natural Team Leader will be required to fill in/cover for the Dispatch/Team Leader during absences, vacations, and other periods of leave

 

 

 

Essential Functions and scope of responsibility:

Responsible for creating REQ’s for non-poly.Monitor and maintain inventory levels with daily cycle counts.Analyze MRP requirements.Work closely with vendors to make sure that the company’s supply needs are adequately met in a timely manner.Resolve any quality issues with non poly. Ensure that every employee involved in the production process has a clear understanding of what is required to meet the order and needs of customers.Back up plant scheduler as needed. Set up transfers to other facilities for non poly.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalentCollege or Technical College coursework highly desiredMust have a valid Pactiv LTO License or be able to receive a license by successfully completing a Pactiv LTO training course.Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to relate respectfully, cordially, and freely with people (customers, employees, and vendors inclusive)Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.Proficiency with computers and applications.Microsoft Office Suite.SAP Experience preferred.Blue Yonder experience desired.Must be detailed orientedAbility to work with associates at all levels of the organizationMust meet the eligibility requirements as listed in the Pactiv Job Posting Policy (See employee handbook) Qualifications
