Our Services
Change Grow Live operates two key services: Drug and Alcohol Services, and our Specialist Outreach Service. The Outreach Service in Cambridge aims to support and empower people affected by homelessness. Our ultimate objective is simple but powerful: to bring rough sleeping in Cambridge to an end, reaching a point where our services are no longer required.

As Team Leader, you’ll be pivotal in guiding a specialist team dedicated to improving lives and creating lasting change in the community. We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual who understands the importance of balancing team management with the need for timely, effective outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
An Inspiring Leader: Someone who brings a collaborative and empathetic approach to leadership, fostering a culture of support and empowerment within the team and with the people we serve.
Experienced in Outreach and Community Support: A professional with a deep understanding of the challenges and nuances of homelessness outreach, including an awareness of social and systemic issues impacting vulnerable individuals.
Results-Driven and Compassionate: You know how to achieve meaningful outcomes, balancing a results-focused approach with a strong sense of empathy and understanding for complex personal circumstances.
Adaptable and Resilient: Capable of responding to the unique demands of frontline outreach work, remaining flexible and composed in changing and sometimes challenging situations.
Committed to Making a Difference: A true advocate for social change, passionate about helping others and driven by a mission to create long-term, positive impact in the Cambridge community.
