**Job Title: Team Leader** **Job Description** The Team Leader will oversee the operations of a stamping facility that produces small metal parts for Toyota vehicles. The role involves managing shipping operations, supervising manpower, and ensuring on-time delivery and cost-effectiveness. The Team Leader will also contribute to the establishment of systems, procedures, and standards to continually exceed customer expectations. **Responsibilities** + Execute and monitor controls of shipping operations. + Supervise manpower to ensure on-time delivery and cost-effectiveness. + Participate in the establishment of systems, procedures, and standards to exceed customer expectations. + Determine improvements that ensure high capability and maximize productivity and efficiency. + Execute daily pull requirements. + Monitor allocation of manpower resources. + Interpret and monitor daily assignment sheets. + Coordinate short part recovery and manage the Short List. + Control off-site and on-site order staging requirements. + Create bills of lading. + Understand and monitor Customer Ship Time Schedule. + Maintain off-site and on-site shipping logs. + Control and complete audit check sheets. **Essential Skills** + Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, and general production. + Production supervision. + Material handling and quality assurance. + Experience in a fast-paced environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to stand on feet for 10+ hours a day. + Capability to lift 30+ lbs repeatedly. + Experience in a production facility or warehouse. + Experience in management or leading a team. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a great culture that is family-oriented and celebrates birthdays and other occasions. Perfect attendance for the week results in additional pay incentives. Management is committed to making the workplace better for all employees, having recently done away with rotating shifts and raised the hourly pay rate, with plans to increase it further. **Work Environment** The work environment is a climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
