Are you someone who can:

Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costsDeliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standardsManage risks in own area of responsibilityCollate, manage, and report on daily, weekly, monthly operational progress as aligned to strategic objectivesTrack, control, and influence activities with the specific aim to increase and improve operational efficienciesManage the core processes and ensure that the correct procedures are applied, and transactions / procedures are processed and followed by the teamFamiliar with applying rates and up to date with attorney rates schedulesCost RecoveryReport on findings and consolidate information

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

Qualified Lawyer with seasoned experience5 Years post articles experienceLegal Insurance experience is advantageousCourt appearancesGovernment Gazette knowledgePrevious experience and engagements with panel attorneys would be advantageous
