Job Title: Team Leader - 1st ShiftJob DescriptionWe are looking a Team Leader with experience in automotive for our 1st shift positionYou will become knowledgeable of all positions to effectively cover for employees during breaks or unexpected absencesResponsibilities include tracking production and rejects accurately, conducting visual quality checks, and communicating any issues to the supervisorYou will also send daily emails with production numbers and prepare for the day by arriving 15 minutes before other employeesResponsibilitiesMonitor the production line for slow-downs and bottlenecksAssist employees as needed and cover for them during breaks or absencesTrack all line production and rejects accuratelyConduct visual quality checks and communicate issues to the supervisorSend daily emails with production numbers and other relevant informationPrepare for the day by arriving 15 minutes before other employeesEssential SkillsTeam leadership experience in a production settingExperience overseeing 8 to 18 employees2-3 years of leadership experience in manufacturingProficiency with computers, including sending emails and printing labelsPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00
