Role: MIS/Project Coordination – SME/ Lead

Job responsibilities:
· Co-ordinate and work closely with project managers and delivery leads for on-time completion of all the project management activities
· Regular tracking and reporting various ongoing activities throughout the portfolio to the top management
· Monitor project progress and flag-off any issues that arise
· Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes and chase for necessary actions by the stakeholders
· Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
· Responsible for day-to-day operations, while handling large volumes and dynamic resource allocation
· Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all the participants
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
· Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across accounts
· Convey insights through both reports and visual presentations
· Look after the MIS for the senior management like, monthly P & L, Margins earned etc.
· Demonstrate strong interpersonal and time management skills
Qualifications:
· Must be a Graduate from any stream
· MBA or Master’s degree in management or Equivalent experience will be given added preference
Skills and competencies required:
· Comfortable to work in an individualistic contributor role
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Strong time management skills with proven ability to manage several projects at once, to prioritize work and to work under pressure to meet tight timeframes
· Proficient in Advanced Excel and data crunching
· Proficient in MS Powerpoint
· Demonstrated ability of team management including the ability to handle conflicting priorities in a multi-tasking environment
· A proactive, service-focused attitude towards clients and candidates and the teams you support internally;
· Willingness to work overtime, if required
