JOB Description
· Minimum 4 years of experience in creating high quality videos and graphics. Should have an active portfolio of high-quality multimedia creations.
· Excellent written communication skills
· Advanced skills in Articulate 360, Camtasia, Photoshop, Kahoot, Mentimeter
· Ability to run focus groups on community strategy, GET customer feedback, identify priorities, and execute on overall strategy.
· Access to Community. Ability to assess if content meets community guidelines and policies.
· Ability to determine correct team to answer community questions. Experience with engaging with community members in a professional manner.
· Ability to complete market research on successful communities. Experience driving community growth.
· Advanced skills in hosting interactive webinars via Zoom, Google Meet - excellent logistics and facilitation skills. Advanced skills with managing a dynamic calendar.
· Experience acting as a Community Advocate. Experience representing communities to departments.
· Access to Community, Coveo, Tableau, and Google Sheets.
· Experience developing and enforcing community guidelines. Ability to complete market research on community guidelines.
· Customer service skills, and process for engaging customer support for troubleshooting and escalation.
· Manage thought leadership calendar, transition identified topics too real-time events (via webinars, podcasts videos, live events, etc. - use metrics to help drive relevant content
· Excellent customer service skills

Education:
· Any graduation

· B2 Language proficiency on CEFR scale.
Ad-tech skills:

· Advanced expertise in usage of tools like Kahoot, Camatsia, Mentimeter & Photoshop

· Intermediate skills MS Excel and Google Sheets
