In this role, you will lead and maintain the overall activities of the production area during the shift according to the production planYou will set expectations, monitor performance and provide coaching and corrective action to employees, and provide training and continual development for the teamFurther, you will prepare shift turnover report for oncoming shift and lead shift start up meetingsYou will function as a “working Team Leader” by filling voids on the production team as neededAlso, you will drive performance objectives in the areas of delivery, cost, quality, and safety, and assist employees in consistently achieving their specific goal(s)You will operate and/or oversee the operation of technical processes and equipment, including escalating repairs and concerns
