We embrace a high-performance culture that promotes growth, success, and opportunity for our employees, clients, and partners. **Join us!** **What you'll be doing:** + Supervising and managing a team of sales associates, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements, including work attendance and performance monitoring. + Providing regular coaching and feedback to direct reports, ensuring performance metrics are consistently met. + Leveraging data-driven insights to proactively implement new processes that enhance business performance and drive improvements. + Identifying performance challenges, developing and executing action plans to address issues, and implementing corrective measures, including termination when necessary. + Ensuring your team delivers exceptional service that meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial goals. + Setting clear expectations for employees and providing timely updates on performance and goals. + Developing and sharing effective sales strategies with team members, outlining clear objectives and anticipated results. + Coordinating and leading team huddles and activities to foster collaboration and maintain high team morale. + Staying updated on internal processes, policies, and procedures, and participating in mandatory management development training. + Engaging with clients in meetings to provide performance insights and outline action plans to enhance team outcomes. + Upholding and promoting Concentrix values through consistent behavior and attitudes, acting as an advocate for team members. + **This is a Hybrid position, with standard working hours M/F 10:00 - 19:00.** **What we're looking for:** + Solid knowledge of sales and business development strategies; + Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; + Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights; + Proven ability to develop and present action plans, including structured glide paths; + Skilled at managing complex cases and serving as a key point of guidance for the team; + Highly motivated individual with a talent for coaching and developing team members to meet performance targets; + Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively; + Marketing knowledge or a strong interest in marketing would be a significant advantage. **Our perks:** + Monthly transportation/internet allowance; + Bonus for important life events (marriage, birth or adoption of a child, university graduation); + Additional health and dental care plan (fully covered by the employer); + Life insurance; + Voluntary Sport Card (Multisport).
