**Job Summary**
As the Organizational Change Manager Lead, you will be responsible for driving engagement and training initiatives for the rollout of a new application.
**Job Description**
We are looking for an **Organizational Change Manager Lead** to drive engagement and training initiatives for the rollout of a new application **.** This position will be **full-time** and **hybrid.**
**What You’ll Do**
+ Lead engagementinitiatives to foster positive user adoption of the new application
+ Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, workshops, and materials to prepare users for the new system
+ Work closely with the Communications Lead to ensure training materials are consistent with user guides and other documentation
+ Assist in developing and executingchange managementstrategies that align with the project's objectives
+ Coordinate with stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure effective communication of changes
+ Gather feedback from users to continuously improve training programs and support materials
+ Provide guidance and support to the OCM Analyst and other team members as needed
+ Track and report on the progress of training and engagement activities to ensure timely and successful implementation
**What You'll Need**
Required:
+ 4+ years of relevant experience inorganizational change management, training, or a related field
+ Bachelor’s degree inBusiness Administration, Communications,Information Systems,Public Administration,Organizational Development, or equivalent experience
+ Strong leadership and team management capabilities
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs
+ Ability to create clear, concise, and user-friendly training materials
+ Strong organizational and detail-oriented capabilities
+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred:
+ Prior experience in theeducationsector or government projects
+ Certification inChange Management(e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus
+ Experience withgraphic designor multimediacontent creationis a plus
**Physical Demands**
+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
