Job Summary

We are seeking a Team Lead for our Life and Annuities Insurance Products team with 6 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in insurance products and domain expertise in Life New Business and Life and Annuities Insurance. This hybrid role requires rotational shifts and proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Lead the team in developing and maintaining insurance products.Oversee the implementation of new business processes in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.Provide technical guidance and support to team members.Ensure the team meets project deadlines and quality standards.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Monitor and report on project progress to senior management.Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project status and address any issues.Facilitate training and development programs for team members.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in insurance products.Have domain expertise in Life New Business and Life and Annuities Insurance.Demonstrate proficiency in English (Read/Write Speak).Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Show ability to work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts.Display strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Have experience in leading and managing a team.Understand industry regulations and compliance requirements.Be able to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Possess strong organizational and time management skills.Exhibit a proactive and results-oriented approach.
