What You Will Do:

Lead the planning and execution of UAT efforts including the development of detailed UAT test plans and strategies.Collaborate with business users, product owners, and subject matter experts to understand business requirements, functional specifications, and user needs.Define UAT test cases, scenarios, and scripts based on detailed requirements and business processes.Identify, document, and track defects, work closely with developers to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.Coordinate and facilitate user feedback sessions to ensure the solution meets the needs of the business and its customers.Lead UAT meetings with stakeholders, providing test progress updates, addressing any issues, and ensuring alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions.Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members, helping them develop their testing skills and knowledge.Help prioritize testing activities and tasks within the team, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time with a high standard.Provide clear and concise test progress reports and communicate any risks, issues, or delays to project stakeholders and leadership.Identify potential risks and issues during the project, and proactively collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate or resolve them.Ensure overall quality of the team’s testing.Appropriate documentation of all project requirements and communications.  

What You Will Need:

Excellent Communication, & Strong interpersonal skills.In-depth knowledge of the UAT testing and understanding of Insurance domain.Stakeholder and communication management.Critical thinking, attention to detail, and analytical skills.Overtime, Night shift and Weekend working depending on business requirement.Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.What Would Be Nice To Have:Additional certifications related to UAT testing can be beneficial.Highly Motivated & Self-drivenOrganized, Independent & Growth Mindset
