We're looking for a Team Leader to join our Kier Places team team based in Basingstoke.

 

Location: Basingstoke

 

What will you be responsible for?

As a Team leader, you'll be working within the Kier Places team, supporting them in TEAMGOAL.

Your day to day will include:

 Be a proactive and responsible leader, ownership of your team, and have the ability to step into the other 
team leader role or quotes and revenue manager role if required.  Day to day liaisons and supervision of the teams, ensuring all processes are followed correctly Effectively communicate within the team and beyond, developing an open, trusting environment that 
respects contributions from individuals and recognises successes To ensure your team work efficiently and effectively to process their workloads against agreed volumes 
within their working day Work effectively with the other team leader within the quotes/billing team to ensure a first time service 
approach where a quote submitted flows through to Invoicing with the aim of first time completion without the 
need for re-reviews or corrections at job completion and identifying and resolving any barriers to first time 
completion when found.

What are we looking for?

This role of Team Leader is great for you if:

 CTC Clearance is required for this role. Must have a high level of attention to detail to ensure quotes/costings are precise and error free Reliable and ability to get on with others  IT literate with an intermediate level excel skills (further support and training is available)
