Job Description

Brookstreet UK Ltd are seeking a dynamic and engaging Team Leader to lead our client's team in Holywood, County Down.
This role is ideal for a people-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage a team with minimal supervision while also stepping up during senior management meetings.
This role will commence as Temporary (6 months with potential for permanent role)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (with extended hours until 21:00 on a 37.5-hour week rota)
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve operational goals.Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and high performance.Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.Prepare for and actively participate in senior management meetings, providing insights and updates on team performance.Address any team challenges proactively and implement solutions.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in team management or leadership roles.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with team members at all levels.Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Ability to work independently and make decisions with confidence.

Experience in a similar industry or role is advantageous.
